Roadmap for Xeenon using $LPT and $XYZ in our decentralized infrastructure tech stack.

At Graviton, we wanted to take the time and explain how Xeenon is built under-the-hood and where we are going. You might have noticed we have been talking a lot about our Livepeer Orchestrator and the users’ ability to stake their $LPT tokens along with our NFT Torrent solution integrated into the Universe NFT Marketplace Protocol ecosystem that uses the $XYZ token. These two pieces of our tech stack allow for creators and fans to enjoy a platform that enables the creation of unstoppable media, in a platform they can feel they are a part of and are rewarded by, all wrapped up in a clean user experience.

Graviton’s Livepeer Orchestrator

Graviton has maintained a Livepeer orchestrator for over a year now while we’ve been hard at work building the Xeenon media platform. The intention was to point the transcoding needs of the platform to the orchestrator. The benefits of this are three fold

1. Having our own orchestrator allows us to experiment with a new supply side business model where we have control over the different fee parameters of the orchestrator node and can dial in our return according to our needs as a company.

2. Building a front end application with an amazing user experience adjacent to the orchestrator provides us the ability to funnel users and video transcoding needs at the orchestrator.

3. Enabling users to stake in our orchestrator and earn rewards creates a positive feedback loop for the platform. As more people stake $LPT into the orchestrator they are incentivized to spread the word of the platform because more use means more rewards in $ETH and $LPT for them.

NFT Torrent Integration

NFT Torrent is a service provided by Graviton that allows for users to mint tNFTs or tNFT collections which are directly linked to torrents on the BitTorrent network, the most widely used decentralized storage system. We provide a bespoke torrent seeding client that anyone can connect their Ethereum wallet to and if they have enough $XYZ staked in the Universe DAO, they become eligible for royalties from the tNFT torrents they are seeding. You can access wallet verification and DAO staking through our Graviton interface.

Xeenon’s next big platform update will include videos-on-demand (VODs) that are stored in our S3 bucket. Once this has been deployed, we will integrate NFT Torrent as a feature for artists to back up their content into a decentralized storage solution using torrents. The torrents will be hashed to NFTs using our NFT Torrent service and then tradable on the artist’s tNFT marketplace in their profile. If a content creator’s fans are seeding the torrent they will receive a cut of the trade as long as their client is verified and has enough $XYZ staked in the Universe DAO.

Royalty Enabled

Xeenon is a Royalty Enabled media platform and has long term plans on different ways to use this new WEB3 mechanism to provide new and exciting opportunities for fans and creators to work together in what we call The Collab Economy.
